Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor trends in online marketing

• Gather and evaluate customer, marketing, and web behavior data

• Conduct campaign tests, assess key metrics, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing campaign performance

• Generate and deliver analytical insights, actionable recommendations, and findings

• Formulate strategies for digital campaigns and web measurement

• Design dashboards, create data visualizations, and compile campaign performance reports

• Observe and assess digital media and marketing trends

• Share and articulate findings with colleagues, senior management, and internal stakeholders

• Work in partnership with data engineers to streamline data workflows and ensure consistent and comprehensive data coverage across domains and IT solutions

• Report directly to the Marketing Analytics Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data analytics

• Proficient in statistical methods and experimental design

• Capable of utilizing quantitative analysis to influence key decisions

• Skilled in writing SQL queries and handling large datasets

• Experience with product analytics and BI tools such as GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar

• Comprehension of overall business value beyond just numbers and charts

• Practical experience collaborating with engineering teams on event tracking and analytics implementation, including Google Tag Manager, custom events, and data validation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in English at an upper intermediate level or higher

• Programming knowledge in R or Python

• Experience in applying LLMs via APIs for analytics applications such as data exploration, anomaly detection, reporting automation, or internal AI assistants

• Familiarity with contemporary analytics stacks and data transformation tools like dbt or similar

• Understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, or the fundamentals of marketing mix modeling
