Performance Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze data related to Performance Marketing, covering campaigns, budgets, ROI, and ROAS.

• Independently identify trends and opportunities, transforming them into insights that significantly impact the business.

• Recognize campaigns that are underperforming and illustrate the potential effects of suggested changes.

• Develop scripts and tools that integrate with advertising platform APIs.

• Oversee the status, performance, and budget of campaigns.

• Create AI-enhanced workflows utilizing LLM APIs to streamline routine tasks.

• Assist in producing dashboards and reports to ensure transparency into campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute to the internal BetterBI system by merging marketing, finance, and product data.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience specifically in Marketing or Performance Marketing Analytics.

• Proven track record of identifying opportunities or issues within campaign data, proposing changes, and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Expertise in Excel.

• Python skills for data manipulation and scripting.

• Strong understanding of paid marketing platforms and metrics, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering.

• Strong business acumen and comprehension of marketing metrics.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms, such as Tableau.
