This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and expand FusionAuth’s demand-generation channels.

• Manage and enhance Google Ads Search, Display, DSA, RLSA, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Oversee paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, and programmatic display.

• Develop and implement mid-funnel campaigns utilizing ABM lists, intent-based targeting, and retargeting strategies.

• Ensure comprehensive conversion tracking across paid channels from GA4 to Salesforce pipeline attribution.

• Revamp CAPI and retargeting infrastructure as necessary.

• Handle relationships with content syndication partners, manage vendor interactions, budgets, asset mix, performance quality assurance, lead delivery, evaluations, and renewals.

• Manage the complete webinar process, including topic selection, speaker coordination, platform setup, Marketo sequences, promotion, and post-event nurturing.

• Achieve the delivery of 3+ webinars per quarter with established MQL targets.

• Oversee the newsletter sponsorship roster and refine placements, creative content, targeting, and MQL generation.

• Sustain FusionAuth’s visibility on key review sites and conduct quarterly review-generation campaigns along with landing-page A/B testing.

• Co-manage the marketing project-management workspace and provide weekly updates on project health to the Director.

• Create and maintain campaign performance dashboards and comprehensive funnel reporting through closed-won attribution.

• Produce weekly and monthly reports on channel performance.

• Maintain the health of the Marketo email database, including list hygiene, suppression management, deliverability monitoring, nurture tracks, re-engagement sequences, and transactional email quality assurance.

• Report directly to the Senior Director, Demand Generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time, U.S.-based candidate authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship available.

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale, personally handling the accounts instead of overseeing an agency.

• 3–6 years of relevant performance marketing experience.

• Prior B2B SaaS demand generation experience is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Documented success in driving MQLs and pipeline through paid channels with quantifiable CPA and ROAS targets.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, encompassing ad copywriting, campaign briefs, vendor correspondence, and internal updates.

• Outstanding project management and planning abilities.

• Strong sense of urgency and ownership concerning campaigns and deliverables.

• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio or similar BI tools.

• High level of integrity and analytical rigor.

• Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers is preferred.

• Familiarity with Reddit and/or Twitter/X advertising is preferred.

• Experience in webinar operations with platforms like Goldcast, ON24, or similar is preferred.

• Background in content syndication vendor management is preferred.

• Knowledge of review platforms like G2, TrustRadius, or Capterra is preferred.

• Familiarity with ABM tools such as Demandbase or 6sense and intent data is preferred.

• Basic understanding of Webflow or HTML/CSS for landing page edits is preferred.
