This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand FusionAuth's demand generation channels, including search, social, and display.

• Oversee the complete Google Ads account, encompassing Search, Display, DSA, RLSA, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Enhance keyword strategies, bidding approaches, audience segmentation, CPA, and conversion volumes.

• Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, and programmatic display.

• Develop and implement mid-funnel campaigns utilizing ABM lists, intent-based targeting, and retargeting techniques.

• Supervise end-to-end conversion tracking across paid channels from GA4 to Salesforce pipeline attribution.

• Rebuild CAPI and retargeting infrastructure as necessary.

• Oversee content syndication partnerships and vendor relationships, including budget management, performance quality assurance, lead delivery, partner evaluation, and contract renewals.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of webinars, including topics, speakers, platform setup, Marketo sequences, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

• Conduct a minimum of 3 webinars quarterly, meeting established MQL targets.

• Oversee the newsletter sponsorship roster, optimizing placements, creative content, targeting, cost-per-lead, and MQL generation.

• Maintain FusionAuth's visibility on key review platforms and execute quarterly review-generation campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing on badge placements across landing pages.

• Co-manage the marketing project management workspace and provide weekly updates on project health to the Director.

• Proactively identify and flag blockers and resource gaps.

• Create and maintain campaign performance dashboards, managing funnel reporting from ad platforms through Salesforce pipeline and closed-won attribution.

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports for all channels.

• Oversee the health of the Marketo email database, including list hygiene, suppression management, deliverability monitoring, nurture execution, re-engagement sequences, and transactional email quality assurance.

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Demand Generation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale, actively running the accounts rather than merely supervising an agency.

• 3–6 years of relevant performance marketing experience.

• Strongly preferred: prior experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in driving MQLs and pipeline growth through paid channels with measurable CPA and ROAS targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, encompassing ad copywriting, campaign briefs, vendor correspondence, and internal updates.

• Strong project management and planning skills.

• A strong sense of urgency and ownership over campaigns and deliverables.

• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo or HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio or a similar BI tool.

• High integrity and analytical rigor are essential.

• Preferred: experience in marketing to developers or technical buyers.

• Preferred: advertising experience on Reddit and/or Twitter/X.

• Webinar operations experience with platforms such as Goldcast, ON24, or similar is preferred.

• Preferred: experience in managing content syndication vendors.

• Preferred: familiarity with review platforms like G2, TrustRadius, or Capterra.

• Preferred: knowledge of ABM tools such as Demandbase or 6sense and intent data.

• Preferred: basic familiarity with Webflow or HTML/CSS for landing page modifications.

• Must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor or assume sponsorship for an employment visa.
