This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a geographically diverse team of Job Brokers to meet performance, quality, and employment objectives.

• Foster a high-achieving remote team through consistent coaching, performance assessments, constructive feedback, and professional growth.

• Enhance employer engagement and job vacancy creation by establishing robust relationships with employers throughout the region.

• Utilize performance metrics and insights to pinpoint opportunities, tackle underperformance, and elevate outcomes.

• Develop connections with Jobcentre Plus, employers, training providers, and other key stakeholders.

• Ensure that young individuals receive exceptional, tailored support and are connected to sustainable employment opportunities.

• Advocate for innovative employer engagement strategies, such as reverse marketing and customized opportunities.

• Maintain adherence to contractual, quality, and operational standards while ensuring a superior customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams within a target-oriented environment.

• An innate coach capable of inspiring individuals, boosting confidence, and unlocking potential.

• Strong performance management capabilities, with proficiency in leveraging data and KPIs to foster improvement.

• Background in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, employability, sales, or a comparable customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.

• Competence in leading effectively across a remote or geographically dispersed team.

• A solid understanding of local labor markets and employer recruitment requirements.

• Experience with young people, employability initiatives, or underserved communities is preferred.

• Familiarity with apprenticeships, placements, reverse marketing, or supported employment is advantageous.
