Performance Insights Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, define, analyze, and monitor performance metrics for Grupo Boticário’s loyalty program, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancement while providing actionable insights.

• Conduct comprehensive studies and causal analyses of customer profiles and behaviors, utilizing data analysis methodologies to uncover opportunities and inform business strategies.

• Convert complex analyses into straightforward insights with specific, actionable recommendations, preparing executive presentations to facilitate leadership decision-making.

• Ensure that the impact of proposed campaigns and action plans is tracked to capture learnings and better inform future investment and capacity allocation.

• Maintain governance of performance routines to grant stakeholders visibility into program performance.

• Create reporting materials on results for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in data analysis and strategy formulation, emphasizing the generation of actionable business insights and support for long-term goals.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience handling large data sets.

• Practical understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or comparable cloud services.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with a talent for identifying patterns and trends within complex data.

• Exceptional ability to communicate intricate ideas clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on presentations for senior leadership.

• Outstanding teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively and influence various areas of the organization.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks.
