Performance Creative Strategist

📋 Description

• Analyze customer behavior, offers, competitors, performance metrics, and successful advertisements.

• Transform insights into angles, hooks, scripts, concepts, and concise briefs for editors and media buyers.

• Develop and uphold the creative testing roadmap for Meta.

• Investigate customers, competitors, market trends, and effective ad formats.

• Create concepts, angles, hooks, scripts, headlines, and primary copy.

• Draft clear briefs that editors can execute with efficiency.

• Evaluate creative performance alongside media buyers and determine the reasons behind ad success or failure.

• Refine winning concepts prior to performance drops.

• Establish repeatable systems for producing and learning from creative efforts at scale.

• Sustain a pipeline of innovative concepts for continuous testing.

• Leverage AI in research, ideation, scripting, and production processes.

• Collaborate effectively with editors, media buyers, and leadership teams.

• Achieve 90-day milestones that include research, live briefs, new concepts, and an increasing share of account spending.

• Minimum requirement: developed ads that have spent over $100,000 in a single month and can provide evidence.

• Comprehend direct-response psychology.

• Convert customer pain points into engaging creative content.

• Recognize varying levels of awareness and tailor writing accordingly.

• Differentiate between strong concepts and polished yet ineffective advertisements.

• Utilize performance data to inform creative decisions.

• Possess AI-forward experience in research, ideation, and production without generating subpar AI content.

• Maintain clear communication with editors, media buyers, and leadership.

• Exhibit the ability to act swiftly, take ownership, and work autonomously without constant oversight.
