📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance paid social campaigns to guarantee that client open days reach full capacity consistently.

• Sustain and optimize the Cost Per Lead (CPL) within specified target ranges.

• Track and improve the Lead-to-Booking rate through ongoing funnel analysis.

• Perform continuous competitive research to ensure clients stay at the forefront of their local markets.

• Collaborate with content creators to develop and test innovative creative concepts.

• Regularly evolve and conduct A/B testing of landing pages to maximize conversion rates.

• Deliver comprehensive monthly reports detailing significant optimizations and strategic adjustments.

• Employ Anytrack for server-side tracking to ensure data integrity and attribution accuracy.

• Connect top-performing professionals with global organizations across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia through remote client placements.

• Broader knowledge of digital marketing to assist a small, agile team across various functions.

• Proficiency with GoHighLevel (CRM) and Basecamp (Project Management).

• Experience in intelligently implementing AI tools and creating automations to boost efficiency.
