This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Deliver exceptional behavioral healthcare via telehealth platforms.
β’ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
β’ Provide coverage for group therapy during PRN evening shifts and offer individual client support as needed.
β’ Perform psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
β’ Create and implement personalized treatment plans.
β’ Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
β’ Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
β’ Complete suicide risk assessments and consult with clinical leadership.
β’ Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews concerning length of stay and care levels.
β’ Identify community resources for treatment and aftercare planning.
β’ Follow standardized group curriculum and treatment planning protocols.
β’ Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral challenges.
β’ Attend weekly clinical supervision prepared with client updates, case formulations, and inquiries.
β’ Adhere to confidentiality, ethical, and legal standards.
β’ Remain updated on behavioral therapy and mental health research.
β’ Report directly to the Director of Telehealth.
β’ Must hold an independent therapist license in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
β’ A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
β’ Experience in providing group therapy is essential.
β’ Proven experience in delivering behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
β’ Capability to effectively manage clients in virtual settings and adapt interventions for telehealth.
β’ Proficient with HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools.
β’ Knowledge of or an eagerness to learn telehealth best practices, including crisis response and safety planning.
β’ Ability to work independently within a distributed virtual team.
β’ Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required.
β’ Willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians if eligible.
β’ A minimum of three years of post-independent licensure experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in IOP/PHP settings is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with facilitating group therapy in IOP/PHP/RES/IP settings is preferred.
β’ Experience working in a virtual environment is preferred.
