This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Deliver exceptional telehealth services and therapeutic care for individuals facing behavioral challenges.
β’ Conduct one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions.
β’ Perform psychological and biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
β’ Create and execute personalized treatment plans for clients.
β’ Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
β’ Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, medical doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
β’ Complete suicide risk assessments within designated time frames and consult with clinical leaders.
β’ Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews to assess length of stay and appropriate level of care.
β’ Identify community resources during treatment and post-care planning.
β’ Adhere to standardized group curriculum and treatment strategies.
β’ Educate clients and their families regarding mental health and behavioral concerns.
β’ Attend weekly clinical supervision prepared with client updates, case formulations, and queries.
β’ Uphold confidentiality, ethical, professional, and legal standards.
β’ Stay informed on advancements in behavioral therapy and mental health research.
β’ Provide support for group therapy during scheduled PRN day shifts and individual client assistance as required.
β’ Must hold an independent therapist license in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
β’ Possess a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline.
β’ Valid Colorado independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is essential.
β’ Willingness and capability to obtain additional state licenses upon request.
β’ If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state laws, a readiness to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians.
β’ Proven experience in delivering behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.
β’ Experience in providing group therapy is mandatory.
β’ Ability to effectively manage clients in virtual environments and tailor interventions for telehealth.
β’ Comfort and proficiency with HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMRs, and virtual collaboration tools.
β’ Knowledge of or willingness to learn best practices for telehealth, including crisis management and safety planning in remote settings.
β’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to a distributed virtual team.
β’ Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive virtual group environment.
β’ A minimum of three years of post-independent licensure experience is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in IOP/PHP settings is preferred.
β’ Prior experience in virtual group therapy is highly preferred.
