This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +3 more countries.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from defining intake and scorecards to sourcing, screening, coordinating with stakeholders, constructing offers, and closing candidates.
• Develop outbound talent pipelines utilizing InMail campaigns, niche job boards, referrals, talent mapping, and market research.
• Source qualified candidates across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Israel, and Asia.
• Leverage AI tools for resume screening, interview transcription and analysis, ATS notes, and candidate communications.
• Collaborate with department heads and executives across various time zones.
• Oversee external search partners when engaged.
• Facilitate transparent candidate processes, including scheduling and communicating rejections or pauses.
• Maintain ATS data, create funnel metrics, and offer insights during weekly hiring syncs.
• Draft offers for US employees and international contractors, organize signatures, and liaise with Finance regarding geographic compensation structures.
• Handle employee lifecycle administration, covering onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Oversee equipment provisioning, swag and gifting programs, perks, welfare initiatives, and employee requests.
• Coordinate office and remote activities, team events, celebrations, engagement surveys, and internal communications.
• Administer HRIS and recruiting systems while supporting workforce reporting.
• Assist with US employment, Employer of Record (EOR) and international contractor models.
• Aid in policy implementation and considerations for local employment compliance.
• Based in South America or Mexico.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, whether in-house or at an agency, with proven responsibility for searches from intake to closing.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability, focusing on hires generated through outbound efforts rather than inbound applications.
• Significant experience in People Operations or as an HR generalist, encompassing employee lifecycle administration, HR systems, employment administration, and practical employee experience tasks such as managing equipment, swag, and cultural activities.
• Experience in hiring across various functions and levels of seniority, including international teams and those operating across different time zones.
• Practical experience with AI tools within a real workflow, along with specific examples of automation or processes developed.
• Strong proficiency with ATS; familiarity with Lever is preferred, while Greenhouse, Workday, or similar systems are acceptable.
• Knowledge of HRIS; Deel is preferred, but Remote, Rippling, Workday, or similar systems are also acceptable.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal structure and manage interactions with senior stakeholders, including executives.
