People Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance tools and processes throughout the employee lifecycle, covering areas such as onboarding, performance reviews, internal mobility, promotions, engagement surveys, and offboarding.

• Create and administer employee surveys while collecting qualitative insights from both employees and managers.

• Convert employee feedback into actionable product enhancements.

• Construct internal automations utilizing Google Apps Script and n8n.

• Integrate Slack, Notion, and HR systems to minimize manual tasks.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude to prototype and deliver people products.

• Design, test, iterate, and deploy functional tools along with comprehensive automated processes.

• Ensure data, workflows, and configurations are clean and reliable.

• Keep the Notion workspace updated and beneficial for both managers and the HR team.

• Capability to analyze data and feedback, discern patterns, guide decisions, and refine processes.

• Practical experience in transforming an idea into a working product.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted development tools for building, testing, iterating, and launching products.

• Experience in creating and sustaining genuine automations with Google Apps Script and n8n.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and an eagerness to explore new AI technologies.

• A customer-centric approach focused on addressing end-user needs, challenges, and delivering intuitive solutions.

• Background in designing and implementing employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys, pulse checks, and structured feedback collection.

• Proven experience in transforming feedback into specific enhancements.
