People Partner / HRBP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute engaging training programs

• Provide coaching for employees and management

• Offer guidance to managers prior to challenging decisions

• Manage cases related to employee relations

• Facilitate organizational change initiatives

• Recognize and implement enhancements to HR processes

• Operate in a rapidly evolving remote environment with minimal established processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a rapidly expanding organization

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs

• Demonstrated coaching experience

• Background in managing complex employee relations cases

• Familiarity with organizational change processes

• Strong commercial acumen
