People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for matters related to employee relations, including conducting investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.

• Collaborate with managers to provide consistent and high-quality support for employees throughout the organization.

• Examine workforce trends and metrics to propose action plans aimed at enhancing engagement and retention.

• Oversee the development and upkeep of company policies, ensuring they align with applicable laws and the company’s strategic direction.

• Create corporate communications that resonate at all levels within the organization.

• Function as the subject matter expert for employee inquiries regarding benefits, perks, and processes.

• Address employee questions and concerns, as well as manage offboarding, with assistance from the wider People team.

• Collaborate with the Director to implement strategies that promote the long-term success of the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, focusing on employee relations and program management.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging with all organizational levels.

• High attention to detail coupled with a strong degree of empathy to foster a positive and supportive employee experience.

• Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.

• Enthusiasm for teamwork and a desire to contribute to the success and reputation of the broader People function is preferred.
