This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a reliable strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers.
• Oversee the talent initiatives for designated client groups, encompassing organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, retention strategies, performance management, and employee development.
• Design and manage company-wide People programs and practices from inception through implementation, evaluation, and refinement.
• Utilize insights from business, talent, organizational dynamics, technology, People Systems, external trends, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance decision-making and employee experiences.
• Guide leaders and teams through periods of organizational change.
• Manage engagement strategies, including survey planning, leadership debriefs, and action planning.
• Support key moments in the employee lifecycle.
• Navigate complex employee relations issues and drive resolutions effectively.
• Promote operational excellence while identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and scalable improvements.
• Enhance the People Partner function by refining practices, tools, consistency, and overall impact.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, People, or Talent management.
• At least 4 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a SaaS, technology, or similarly intricate environment.
• Proven experience in collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Background in advising Vice President-level and senior leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge in organizational design, performance and talent management, change management, and employee relations.
• Strong judgment and the capability to operate independently in uncertain environments.
• Proven history of managing significant cross-functional or company-wide People programs or practices from problem identification and design to stakeholder alignment, execution, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong business insight and ability to analyze people and business data.
• Experience leading client groups through organizational transitions.
• Familiarity with collaborating across People functions and utilizing HR systems, tools, and AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing People practices, operational frameworks, or employee experiences across various teams or organizations.
