This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist with the daily operations of People & Culture throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics.
• Aid in audits alongside the Global Payroll & Compliance Manager.
• Conduct new hire orientation and monitor onboarding completion, including INNERGY EDU.
• Act as a point of contact between new hires, People & Culture, and functional leadership.
• Manage the People Team inbox and address employee inquiries.
• Create, document, and enhance People & Culture processes, workflows, and resources.
• Optimize administrative processes through the use of technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Engage in special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment activities and processes in collaboration with the Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Organize interviews, manage candidate communications, scheduling, and recruitment documentation.
• Oversee the candidate lifecycle when requisition loads surpass optimal capacity.
• Facilitate job postings, candidate tracking, offers, and pre- and post-employment processes.
• Maintain recruiting data and reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with HRIS administration, improvements, integrations, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR system data.
• Generate workforce reports and dashboards.
• Aid in employee benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, employee changes, and documentation.
• Support benefits audits and escalate any benefits- or payroll-related inquiries.
• 2–4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, People & Culture, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting various HR/People Operations areas, such as employee lifecycle, recruiting, HRIS, benefits, engagement, or reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable collaborating with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS; familiarity with Rippling, Remote, Lattice, and Nectar is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar business tools.
• Eager to learn and utilize AI, automation, and emerging technology.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate questions or seek guidance.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state; eligible states include Texas, Florida, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, while California, Colorado, New York, Illinois, and Washington are ineligible.
