This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify business requirements throughout Europe and assist with everyday HR operations.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and tools.
• Serve as a liaison between Shared Services, HR, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage communications with authorities and external providers regarding compensation and benefits, social security, and mobility matters.
• Assist in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.
• Administer programs related to performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leave, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Create and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with local legislation.
• Keep abreast of HR trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies, including the integration of AI in HR.
• Facilitate international mobility and relocation processes.
• Guide stakeholders through delicate conversations and transitions.
• Lead or assist in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement efforts.
• Act as a champion for company culture and enhance internal communication.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices and proactive bias management.
• Applicants must be located in Ireland or Spain (remote work option available).
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in an international setting.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in France.
• Practical experience in managing the complete employment lifecycle.
• Proficient knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations across multiple European countries; proficiency in French is essential.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in organizing and leading projects involving numerous data sources.
• Background in a fast-paced work environment.
• A pragmatic, hands-on, solution-focused approach.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to manage change and competing priorities comfortably.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities; data-driven mindset.
• Ability to conduct oneself with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Experience with comprehensive HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• A bachelor's degree (preferred qualification).
• Training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security is highly valued.
