This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to grasp business requirements across Europe and assist with daily HR operations.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and tools.
• Serve as the intermediary between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders.
• Manage communications with authorities and external providers concerning compensation, benefits, social security, and mobility.
• Assist in the design and implementation of attractive compensation and benefits programs.
• Administer performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary issues, and investigation programs.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with local laws.
• Keep abreast of HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR.
• Facilitate international mobility and relocation processes.
• Guide stakeholders through sensitive discussions and transitions.
• Lead or assist in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as a representative of company culture and enhance internal communication.
• Exhibit inclusive behaviors and actively manage bias.
• Execute other assigned responsibilities.
• Candidates must reside in Ireland or Spain (home office permitted).
• Strong HR experience across multiple countries in Europe.
• Prior HR experience in France is essential.
• A minimum of 5–10 years of HR operations experience is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in an international setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong attention to detail is necessary.
• Proven experience in organizing and leading projects with diverse data sources.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-focused mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable navigating change and competing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with comprehensive HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Any training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security is highly valued.
• Travel is generally not required, though this may vary.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
