This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to comprehend business requirements throughout Europe and facilitate daily HR operations.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract modifications, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and tools.
• Serve as a liaison between Shared Services teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with authorities and external providers concerning compensation and benefits, social security, and mobility.
• Assist in the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Administer performance, talent management, recognition, morale, development, leave, disciplinary, and investigation initiatives.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations.
• Keep track of HR trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in the HR field.
• Support processes related to international mobility and relocation.
• Guide stakeholders through delicate conversations and transitions.
• Lead or assist in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement efforts.
• Represent and promote the company culture while facilitating internal communication.
• Show dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive practices and proactive bias management.
• Applicants must reside in Ireland or Spain (home office).
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience in an international setting.
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in France.
• Practical experience managing the entire employment lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of employment-related laws and regulations in multiple European countries; knowledge of French law is essential.
• Proficient in both English and French.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in organizing and leading projects involving various data sources.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable managing change and competing priorities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred or required for the position.
• Training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security is highly valued.
