This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for People Operations and Compliance aligned with business objectives, utilizing AI and emerging technologies.
• Streamline, standardize, and automate manual processes throughout the team member lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, data management, and offboarding.
• Create operating models, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Legal, Procurement, People Technology, Talent Management & Development, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Internal Audit.
• Direct the People Operations team in overseeing the case management platform from initial intake to final resolution.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing global team through process design, data fluency, automation, and AI-driven methodologies.
• Manage global mobility operations and act as the escalation point for intricate relocation issues.
• Assume responsibility for global employment compliance and risk management, including audit outcomes and the execution of the Senior Compliance Analyst's tasks.
• Oversee administration for PEO partners and spearhead the setup of people operations for new entities and global expansion.
• Over 10 years of experience in HR/People Operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles for global teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling people operations functions within complex, multi-regional global organizations.
• Familiarity with global employment compliance, including hands-on experience with works councils or employee representative groups.
• Capability to transition between strategic vision and meticulous attention to detail, from presenting roadmaps to executives to troubleshooting issues with the team.
• Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and communication abilities, with the confidence to make decisions in uncertain situations.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation to enhance and streamline operational processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, emphasizing data accuracy.
• Background in a rapidly growing global technology or SaaS company.
• Previous experience in a publicly traded company is preferred.
• Proven track record of transforming People Operations at scale across various stages of company growth.
• Workday experience: optimizing Workday as the primary employee process platform, including governance, self-service, consolidation, standardization, and workflow enhancement.
• GreenHouse experience: familiarity with ATS infrastructure, including equity data and the integration between ATS and HRIS.
• Case management experience: implementing HR case management solutions, including workflow automation, knowledge management, Workday integration, and service catalog management.
