People Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic People partner for leaders in Data and Product.

• Serve as the team expert in the EMEA HR Partner Experience.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of Zapier’s market landscape, business strategy, and responsibilities of client groups.

• Provide guidance to leaders on organizational structure, performance metrics, talent assessments, and communications regarding change management.

• Offer prompt and considerate assistance on intricate people-related challenges.

• Lead PBP-driven people processes, such as performance review cycles, promotion cycles, and engagement surveys.

• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to develop and implement pertinent people initiatives.

• Partner with the PBP-ER team on employee performance matters and investigations within EMEA.

• Utilize and promote AI tools to enhance daily operations and team scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an HRBP or PBP.

• Proven experience supporting diverse client groups; experience in GTM is advantageous.

• Background in advising and coaching leaders on performance management, employee relations, and exits across various EMEA jurisdictions.

• Experience in collaborating effectively with employee relations partners and internal legal advisors.

• Capability to work independently in a global, fully remote, and distributed environment.

• Flexibility to adjust across time zones when necessary.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI for personal productivity, insights, and analysis.

• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent assessments, and change management.

• Preference for candidates located in the United Kingdom or Ireland; open to candidates from the USA in EST with EMEA employment experience.
