This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team to support GTM and Marketing functions during program implementations and ongoing process management.
• Assess HR data and trends, including headcount, attrition, and performance metrics, to generate insights and create tailored reports, metrics, and presentation materials.
• Oversee and manage performance management cases from start to finish.
• Mentor and advise managers throughout the performance management processes.
• Assist the HR Leader with various ad hoc projects.
• Implement and, when necessary, lead business-driven initiatives such as reorganizations and job role and level evaluations.
• Collaborate across departments with Talent Management, IT, ER, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, and Compensation stakeholders.
• Handle annual cyclical programs, including calibration and pulse surveys.
• Ensure the confidentiality of essential HR data and projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role in partnership with a GTM organization.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Effective problem-solver with a proactive "get it done" approach in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment.
• Strong capability to make administrative and procedural decisions while exercising discretion with sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to link internal data with external benchmarks to deliver actionable insights for executives.
• Strategic use of AI tools to boost productivity.
• Employee-centric approach with proactive communication to ensure optimal HR support.
• Capability to align GTM and marketing HRBPs and COEs for scalable programs that reflect distinctive functional requirements.
