People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize extensive knowledge in People operations and recruiting to assess outcomes.

• Review AI-created materials against industry-specific quality standards.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic flaws, and presentation issues.

• Offer concise and organized written feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in People operations or recruiting.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly in Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

• A graduate degree (Master's or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Currently unable to sponsor H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
