• Assist in the daily functions of Blend360’s People team

• Ensure employee data is kept accurate

• Optimize HR procedures

• Foster a positive experience for employees

• Aid in onboarding and managing the employee lifecycle

• Assist with HR reporting and systems

• Participate in process enhancement initiatives

• Confirm that information is precise, well-organized, and treated with confidentiality
