People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Assist in the expansion of the Tech & Product, G&A, Operations, Revenue, or International divisions.

• Adapt the organization (structure, roles, levels, responsibilities, and objectives) in accordance with growth.

• Provide guidance and support to managers, from establishing and monitoring objectives to managing underperformance, conflicts, team dynamics, and separations.

• Execute relevant performance cycles and conduct talent reviews.

• Create and enhance competency frameworks and career development paths.

• Collaborate with managers on competency evaluations and ongoing development tracking.

• Track and analyze essential metrics, including payroll, turnover, and employee engagement.

• Ensure consistent application of processes and make decisions on exceptions as needed.

• Establish and continually refine the foundational elements of the People function in the field.

• Co-lead the scope in collaboration with managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehend how a SaaS company generates value (ARR, MRR, margin) and link People topics to business priorities.

• Have experience as a People Partner, HRBP, People Manager, or Head of People, preferably in a scale-up environment.

• Possess experience in high-pressure environments, including rapid growth, acquisitions, reorganizations, or other challenging situations.

• Be proactive and capable of testing, adapting, and advancing initiatives.

• Know how to respectfully challenge a manager or executive, and confidently say no when necessary.

• Take responsibility for your duties and prioritize collective success.

• Exhibit autonomy and comfort in ambiguous situations.

• Clearly articulate what you need to progress.

• Be comfortable working with numbers and able to identify the key metrics that truly matter.
