This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania, +2 more countries.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of two People Operations specialists.
• Manage and oversee the complete People Operations process, including onboarding and contract management.
• Review and automate People Operations workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure that employment practices, contracts, and policies adhere to local labor regulations.
• Maintain HRIS integrity and offer data-driven People Analytics insights to leadership.
• Create and uphold international job family architecture, salary ranges, and leveling systems.
• Direct annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus distributions.
• Assess and improve global benefits while managing external vendors and brokers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners on compensation plans, budgets, and business objectives.
• Formulate communication strategies to articulate PVcase’s Total Value proposition to employees.
• 5+ years of experience in HR/People Operations, with a strong emphasis on Total Rewards/Compensation.
• Demonstrated success in a high-growth startup or scale-up setting.
• Familiarity with the US market is a significant advantage.
• Experience in managing or mentoring a team is essential.
• Proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Capability to translate complex data into insightful recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of international payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with multi-country labor laws.
• Exceptional proficiency in English.
• Ability to clarify intricate compensation/equity subjects for non-experts.
• Must be located in Lithuania, Spain, or the Netherlands.
