People Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer operational assistance while ensuring precise employee data and documentation across various systems in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Provide administrative support for the onboarding of new hires, benefits management, performance evaluation, and international operations.

• Record changes in people processes.

• Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

• Develop people-process workflows in Ashby to enhance business efficiency.

• Assist in planning and coordinating both virtual and in-person cultural events.

• Support employees across international locations and carry out daily People Operations tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an HR assistant or coordinator, and/or a relevant qualification in HR; applicants lacking either should refrain from applying.

• Proficient in investigating issues, identifying root causes, and formulating effective solutions.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining data quality.

• Capable of working independently while juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

• Competent in managing sensitive/confidential information in compliance with regulations.

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Gusto, Remote, or Deel.

• Experience in Human Resources functions is advantageous.

• HR qualifications are a plus.

• Experience in a SaaS company is an additional benefit.
