This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Utilize principles of I/O psychology to create and validate employee surveys that enhance listening strategies and provide insights into organizational culture.

• Design and assess evaluations for recruitment, credentialing, and skill enhancement.

• Perform validity and reliability testing to ensure psychometric integrity.

• Plan and implement experiments and data-driven interventions to evaluate talent and organizational initiatives.

• Analyze people data statistically to pinpoint factors influencing employee behavior, engagement, and performance.

• Convert intricate data insights and psychological research findings into actionable strategies for HR leaders, business executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Oversee multiple projects concurrently with a focus on ownership, organization, and accountability.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics, or a related field in behavioral science or data science.

• At least 2 years of experience in psychometrics, people analytics, or applied behavioral science within an organizational setting.

• Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis methods, including factor analysis, SEM, regression, cluster analysis, network analysis, causal inference, and A/B testing.

• Proficient programming and data manipulation skills in R, Python, or SQL.

• Familiarity with survey platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, or custom-built systems.

• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Knowledge of employee lifecycle analytics, organizational network analysis, or workforce segmentation.

• Comprehension of experimental design and causal inference in organizational research.

• Experience in publication or applied research related to employee engagement, leadership, or organizational behavior is advantageous.
