This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design, testing, and documentation of lightweight AI workflows and agents utilizing M365 Copilot, VeeamGPT, Claude, and various video, image, and LLM-based tools.
• Aid in the development of real-time and self-guided learning enablement, creating checklists, templates, quick-start guides, and role-specific playbook materials.
• Organize and manage the agent/workflow library, enablement resources, and documentation within SharePoint.
• Support intake hygiene, provide status updates, and monitor lightweight project tracking for the idea → prototype → pilot pipeline.
• Monitor adoption signals and basic impact metrics utilizing Excel and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR practitioners across various functions to document requirements and translate them into structured next steps.
• Assess AI outputs for gaps or inconsistencies, iterating towards higher-quality, on-brand results.
• Provide repeatable frameworks and examples of scaled HR AI enablement.
• Currently a Junior or Senior working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Practical experience with LLMs (essential): you have utilized tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar for academic, professional, or personal projects.
• An inquisitive mindset about AI's impact on individuals, teams, and businesses, coupled with the discernment to use it thoughtfully and responsibly.
• Comfortable navigating new tools, managing ambiguity, and making progress without detailed instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail (you maintain documents, tasks, and follow-ups neatly).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (basic formulas, tables, and simple charts).
• Capable of evaluating AI outputs, identifying issues, and quickly iterating towards improved results.
• Collaborative and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across HR functions and different time zones.
• Bonus: Experience creating simple automations using Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
• Bonus: Familiarity with chaining prompts/steps (multi-stage workflows) to accomplish more complex tasks.
• Bonus: Exposure to APIs or technical tools (coursework or conceptual understanding is acceptable).
