People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for employees regarding everyday HR operations, which include ordering and shipping equipment, providing wellbeing support, managing office responsibilities, overseeing expense tracking, and addressing time-off inquiries.

• Ensure the accuracy of HRIS data and promote automation and self-service features across essential HR processes.

• Develop and implement AI tools and automated workflows to minimize manual tasks.

• Manage the HR technology suite, encompassing HiBob and Windmill.

• Refresh systems, maintain accurate data, perform regular data audits, and create comprehensive technical workflows from start to finish.

• Handle the backend compliance and execution of onboarding processes, job modifications, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding procedures.

• Facilitate smooth transitions between HR, IT, and Legal departments.

• Supervise US payroll data inputs and compliance reporting in collaboration with Finance and external partners.

• Collaborate with the wider People Team, IT, Security, Finance, US managers, and employees to establish an efficient operational framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR administration, People Operations, or a comparable field.

• Direct experience with an HRIS platform.

• Experience with HiBob is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with US employment laws, including I-9 compliance, payroll fundamentals, and benefits administration.

• Ability to handle detail-oriented, high-volume administrative tasks effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to follow-through.

• Clear and approachable communication style.

• Proactive attitude focused on identifying and resolving inefficiencies.
