This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete preboarding and onboarding process for new providers, which includes post-offer communication, document gathering, checklist management, system setup coordination, onboarding projects in Notion, and welcome meetings.

• Oversee the provider offboarding process, ensuring proper closure of documentation, removal of system access, and coordination with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.

• Develop and uphold HR operational reports regarding provider lifecycle metrics, such as time-to-onboard, completion rates, offboarding timelines, and document status.

• Assist the Operations Manager in decision-making by providing detailed provider lifecycle reports.

• Track eligibility for referral bonuses for newly onboarded providers.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BambooHR, Notion, Justworks, and internal provider databases throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Recognize repetitive manual tasks, aid automation initiatives, and document processes and standard operating procedures as workflows progress.

• Collaborate with the Senior HR Ops Specialist and various cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist role with a strong operational emphasis.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-volume onboarding and offboarding cases simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without any missed steps.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR is a significant advantage.

• Commitment to maintaining data hygiene across various tools.

• Proficient in Notion, including task management, database creation, and automation.

• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to create structured reports and dashboards, as well as identify patterns and anomalies in operational data.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented; precision in documentation and checklists is essential.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills; comfortable addressing obstacles early and establishing clear handoff processes with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.

• Proficient in English (C1+) both written and spoken.

• Fluent in Russian.

• Availability to work from 2 PM to 10 PM CET.
