This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires utilizing HRIS and background screening tools.
• Verify I-9 documentation and maintain eligibility records.
• Keep employee files and HRIS records organized and accurate by adhering to established checklists.
• Conduct orientations for new employees, providing education on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Support HR events, benefits open enrollment, and internal communications for employees.
• Research, plan, and implement company-wide employee events that reflect the company culture.
• Manage benefit plans, including enrollments, modifications, and terminations.
• Process pending benefit notifications and ensure the benefit system is current.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, resolve issues, and identify new perks and advantages.
• Assist recruiting teams with administrative tasks, such as drafting internal transfer offer letters and executive approval forms.
• Oversee leave programs, including FMLA, Maternity, Parental, and Personal leave.
• Provide administrative support to executive-level staff, including scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate building-related requests with property management.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices in human resources.
• Provide support to employees on HR-related topics.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Perform additional HR and office-related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, benefits, and/or recruiting is necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Capability to prioritize frequently changing tasks and handle unexpected demands.
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and confidential information.
• Reliable, able to follow instructions effectively and respond positively to direction.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• HRIS experience is required; familiarity with Rippling is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• This position is open to US residents only.
