This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate the plans, workflows, and related deliverables in people operations for their accuracy and practical viability.
• Analyze HR-related workflows, responsibilities, operational suggestions, recruitment strategies, hiring processes, and talent acquisition documentation.
• Examine sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection methods, candidate communications, hiring-stage interactions, and overall candidate experiences.
• Review recruiting workflows, handoffs, scheduling procedures, operational methods, pipeline frameworks, and talent market strategies.
• Assess the efficiency of processes, ownership, escalation points, coordination, bottlenecks, scalability, and consistency of the recruiting process.
• Evaluate spreadsheets and analyses that support decisions made in recruiting and people operations.
• Review calculations, assumptions, metrics, performance indicators, data-driven conclusions, reporting clarity, and the utility of decisions.
• Examine people operations documents, recruiting materials, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, charts, tables, and visuals for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and professional quality.
• Identify issues related to operations, recruiting, analytics, factual accuracy, presentation quality, aesthetics, formatting, processes, and communication.
• Assess assigned outputs against specific quality standards relevant to the domain.
• Provide clear and structured written feedback detailing identified strengths and weaknesses.
• Consistently apply evaluation standards across various recruitment and HR deliverables.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in people operations, recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, talent sourcing, or a closely related field.
• Professional experience as a People Operations Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, HR Specialist, Talent Sourcer, or a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of recruiting and people operations.
• Experience in developing or reviewing recruitment strategies, hiring workflows, candidate communications, HR processes, or related outputs.
• Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, and recruiting operations.
• Ability to evaluate people-related recommendations for process quality and practical implementation.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.
• Native or professional-level fluency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide precise and structured feedback.
• Strong attention to detail in operations, recruiting, analytics, and presentations.
• A Master's degree or higher from a recognized institution is a plus.
• Must perform work without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
