This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage top-tier talent through a variety of channels.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from the sourcing stage to onboarding.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Assist with organizational branding efforts.
• Work together with managers and staff on everyday people operations.
• Aid in performance management, employee engagement, learning, and development programs.
• Manage onboarding, confirmations, employee transitions, and exit procedures.
• Encourage an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
• Advocate for employee well-being and ensure a positive experience for all staff.
• Oversee employee records, HR documentation, HRIS, and policy administration.
• Assist with payroll data entry, leave management, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate office administration, vendor relations, workplace logistics, and asset management.
• Maintain HRMS tools and generate HR dashboards and reports on personnel metrics.
• Analyze recruitment, headcount, attrition, and engagement data.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide process decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• MBA in Human Resources.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4.5–7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Proven experience in hiring for startups, healthcare, technology, social enterprises, or nonprofit organizations.
• Background in HR Business Partnering, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing HR data and metrics for decision-making support.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity, recruitment, and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR analytics tools.
• Skilled in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Familiar with AI-driven HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, or similar).
• Experience in supporting remote or distributed teams.
