People Experience Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continually enhance frameworks, experiences, and insights that promote performance, progression, engagement, and retention.

• Collaborate with senior leaders, People Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards, and cross-functional teams.

• Transform employee feedback and organizational insights into impactful actions and outcomes.

• Design and refine the employee experience and working methodologies.

• Integrate behaviors that support company culture and align with business objectives.

• Oversee employee listening initiatives, including pulse surveys and engagement insights.

• Convert feedback and data into practical recommendations and organizational actions.

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of performance and progression frameworks.

• Enhance fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotion decisions.

• Identify retention risks and collaborate with People Partners and leaders to address these challenges.

• Drive measurable enhancements in employee experience and performance practices.

• Utilize automation, AI-enabled tools, and scalable solutions to optimize people processes and organizational insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in People / HR roles.

• Profound experience in performance, engagement, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

• Experience in implementing or enhancing HR technology, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

• Confidence in collaborating with senior leaders and constructively challenging ideas.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

• Practical, systems-oriented approach focused on scalable outcomes.

• Experience working in a global or distributed organization.

• Capability to issue invoices for fees as required by Paymentology as an Independent Contractor.

• Ability to successfully pass credit, education verification, sanction and enforcement screening, employment verifications, criminal checks, and ID checks.
