People Experience Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the entire recruitment process from beginning to end

• Promote job openings

• Communicate with candidates throughout all phases of the recruitment journey

• Organize, arrange, and coordinate interviews and calls

• Maintain connections with various job portals

• Generate candidate summaries for recruitment strategies

• Oversee job portals for intern recruitment

• Publish recruitment advertisements across different platforms

• Maintain ongoing communication with partners and universities

• Develop onboarding plans for new team members

• Plan and schedule the Interns Development Program

• Engage in additional People Experience initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a student (EU citizen or enrolled in a German university) required to complete a mandatory internship lasting a minimum of 6 months

• Pursuing a degree in business or humanitarian studies

• The internship must be a required component of your academic program

• Availability for 5 to 12 months starting from October 2026

• A keen interest in the field of Human Resources/People Experience

• Proficient in both written and spoken English; German is a plus

• Practical experience with MS-Office and Internet applications

• An enthusiasm for Web 2.0 applications and social communities

• Strong communication skills, reliability, organizational talent, and a composed attitude

• Candidates must be EU citizens or enrolled at a German university

• The ideal candidate must also reside in Germany for the entire duration of the internship
