People Experience Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the recruitment process from beginning to end.

• Promote job openings.

• Communicate with candidates throughout all phases of the recruitment journey.

• Arrange and coordinate interviews and calls.

• Develop candidate summaries for recruitment strategies.

• Manage job portals for intern recruitment.

• Publish recruitment ads on various platforms.

• Maintain ongoing communication with partners and universities.

• Prepare onboarding plans for new team members.

• Organize and schedule the Intern Development Program.

• Participate in additional People Experience initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be a student (EU citizen or enrolled in a German university).

• A mandatory internship of at least 6 months is required.

• University student pursuing business or humanitarian studies.

• The internship must be a compulsory component of your academic program.

• Availability for 6 to 12 months at the earliest opportunity.

• An interest in Human Resources/People Experience.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with MS-Office and internet applications.

• Enthusiasm for Web 2.0 applications and social networks.

• Strong communication abilities, dependability, organizational skills, and a composed demeanor.

• Candidates must be EU citizens or enrolled at a German university.

• Must reside in Germany for the entire duration of the internship.
