People Experience Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership on various people-centric needs, including performance management, succession planning, career advancement, employee engagement, and employee relations.

• Develop an understanding of the business and interpersonal dynamics to offer guidance and support to leaders.

• Assist leaders during change management processes.

• Identify key themes for the Organizational Development team and contribute to leader enablement initiatives.

• Partner with Organizational Development to implement leader enablement programs.

• Work collaboratively with the People Experience team to improve the experience for both employees and leaders.

• Proven experience in coaching managers on people-related strategies.

• Minimum of 3 years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.

• Excellent listening skills coupled with strong emotional intelligence.

• Capability to identify root causes and underlying issues.

• Comfort in engaging in challenging or sensitive conversations.

• Skill in recognizing opportunities and offering solutions for improvement.

• Empathy and strong situational awareness.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels while working independently.

• A strong desire to learn, innovate, and be resourceful.
