People & Culture Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee people and culture initiatives that align with the overall people strategy.

• Mentor and develop employees across all levels to enhance leadership abilities.

• Provide counsel on intricate and sensitive investigations.

• Analyze and enforce industrial instruments.

• Lead transformational change and collaborate on projects to integrate People & Culture initiatives into operations.

• Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with stakeholders throughout the region and central services teams.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders using a flexible approach.

• Conduct engaging and interactive workshops, training, and educational sessions for remote employees at all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive generalist HR experience.

• Proven application of partnering skills in a People & Culture/HR Business Partner role.

• Experience in a shared service model.

• Demonstrated ability in coaching and developing leaders to foster vibrant workplace cultures and promote autonomy in people leadership.

• Capacity to forge positive working relationships and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Experience in implementing change initiatives within the business and assisting leaders with change management.

• Confidence in facilitating training and leadership workshops.

• Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations matters within a best practice framework.

• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

• Willingness to travel as operationally necessary and for team development activities.

• Successful completion of required background checks.

• Current evidence of influenza vaccination required during the influenza season.
