📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional HR guidance and sound judgment across a wide array of personnel matters.

• Oversee and provide counsel on employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and values-driven outcomes.

• Assist in the development and uniform application of People & Culture policies and processes that comply with UK employment laws and best practices.

• Advocate for employee wellbeing and promote effective people management in a remote-first environment.

• Participate in People & Culture projects, performance management processes, people reporting, and the delivery of HR training.

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment alongside the Head of Recruitment and hiring managers.

• Offer People & Culture support and guidance throughout MMI and its global network.

• Cultivate relationships within the international network and contribute to initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established HR generalist with considerable employee relations experience, including the management of complex cases and confident advisory on the practical application of UK employment law.

• Ability to work across diverse countries and organizational contexts, exercising sound judgment while acknowledging variations in local employment requirements.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge.

• Proven experience in managing HR projects or complex people issues from inception to completion.

• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, along with a genuine commitment to the mission and values of Mary’s Meals.
