This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, assist, and facilitate the provision of HR services to various organizational client groups.
• Offer expert guidance and coaching to leadership teams to achieve business goals.
• Provide strategic consultation and solutions to executives regarding organizational development, team performance, change management, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate on the conception and execution of HR programs.
• Spearhead talent management and development initiatives for the revenue team.
• Propel global workforce planning and human capital strategies.
• Partner with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Operations, and Finance for effective workforce planning.
• Create and oversee regular and ad-hoc HR metrics reports.
• Recognize trends and propose solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Assist managers in navigating intricate HR issues, including performance management and total rewards.
• Educate and inform revenue team members on policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
• Aid managers in the implementation and execution of core HR programs.
• Utilize best practices and pinpoint opportunities for increased efficiency.
• Comprehend client groups, strategic objectives, challenges, initiatives, and business models.
• Resolve employee relations issues in collaboration with Employment Legal, including conducting investigations and implementing findings.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR Partnering capacity.
• Experience supporting leaders at the third line level.
• Background in assisting Pre-sales revenue teams.
• Familiarity with a range of HR functions.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring people leaders in both formal and informal contexts.
• Proven track record of working on diverse HR programs and projects.
• Competence in managing performance and employee relations issues to resolution.
• Experience in a scaling, global software development setting.
• Outstanding communication skills paired with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data and suggest methods for ongoing improvement.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Preferred: Experience leading global or multi-regional BDR teams in the cybersecurity or cloud security sectors.
• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of effective sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
• Preferred: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, particularly in extracting actionable insights from extensive data sets.
• Preferred: Strong business acumen and a proactive mindset essential for managing tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
