This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more states.
• Deliver expert HR support to Go-to-Market leaders and convert business needs into people-oriented solutions.
• Spearhead workforce planning and restructuring projects to enhance global organizational design.
• Oversee the complete talent lifecycle, which encompasses performance management, calibration, and the identification of leadership talent.
• Evaluate people metrics and trends to shape executive decision-making.
• Assist managers with complex employee relations matters across various global jurisdictions.
• Direct the people aspect of organizational change during periods of transition and growth.
• Review CultureAmp engagement survey data and develop action plans aimed at improving retention and employee morale.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Legal regarding payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes managed through Deel.
• Work alongside People Excellence, People Ops, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to enhance the remote-first employee experience.
• Uphold and promote PVcase values in everyday work activities.
• Demonstrated experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Knowledge of revenue concepts such as quotas, pipelines, and On-Target Earnings (OTE).
• Experience in managing remote or international teams.
• Strong understanding of global labor standards.
• Familiarity with global hiring platforms like Deel is highly advantageous.
• Capacity to coach sales and marketing managers into becoming effective people leaders.
• Proficiency in utilizing data to analyze turnover and refine incentive structures.
• High emotional intelligence and strong ethical standards for handling sensitive employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to transform complex HR metrics into engaging narratives.
• Capability to influence leadership and diplomatically challenge the status quo.
• Outstanding practical problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
• Proficient in using English for both verbal and written communication, 100% of the time.
• Must reside in Lithuania, Spain, Germany, or the United Kingdom.
