People Business Partner – Engineering, Product, Operations

📋 Description

• Deliver expert HR support to leaders in Engineering, Product, and Operations.

• Collaborate with the CTO, VPs, and People Leaders to synchronize people strategy with the product roadmap.

• Spearhead workforce planning and restructuring efforts.

• Enhance global organizational design frameworks.

• Oversee the complete talent lifecycle, encompassing performance management, calibration, and leadership identification.

• Examine people metrics and trends to guide executive decision-making.

• Assist managers with intricate casework and employee relations challenges.

• Steer the people aspect of organizational transformation.

• Evaluate CultureAmp engagement survey results and implement action plans to boost retention and morale.

• Collaborate with People Operations and Legal on matters related to the employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance updates.

• Improve remote-first processes for onboarding, contract modifications, and exits.

• Uphold company values in everyday tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an HRBP working with Engineering and Product teams.

• Familiarity with tech terminology, such as sprints and product lifecycles.

• Proven experience managing remote and global teams.

• Strong knowledge of international labor standards.

• Experience with Deel is advantageous.

• Background in coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and effective leadership.

• Capability to navigate organizational change.

• A data-driven mindset for making recommendations.

• Proficiency in handling sensitive employee relations with emotional intelligence and professional integrity.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Professional courage to challenge the status quo and the diplomacy to persuade others.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a practical approach.

• Over 5 years of experience supporting Engineering and Product leaders.
