This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate skip-level meetings, new-hire check-ins, and exit interviews; analyze insights and implement follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on performance management, promotion suggestions, and compensation evaluations.
• Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, offering guidance on documentation and best practices.
• Interpret and execute People policies and benefits programs while developing new offerings.
• Organize and manage rewards trips, swag initiatives, company retreats, and/or regional gatherings.
• Oversee reporting and analytics, perform background checks, and manage projects effectively.
• Continuously enhance People processes, programs, and service quality.
• Experience in supporting distributed teams, particularly within revenue/sales departments.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner and HR Generalist roles.
• Proficient in working with data sets to derive insights and formulate future action plans.
• Well-informed about state and federal employment laws.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new skills and systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of managing complex projects with various stakeholders and delivering results within a timeline.
• Strong data visualization abilities and the capacity to communicate findings/recommendations to a diverse audience.
• Familiarity with modern HR technology stacks such as Rippling, GSuite, and Slack is a plus.
• Rewards trip and swag initiatives.

• Occasional travel for team offsites and company retreats.
