📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to redesign organizational structures, team configurations, and operational methodologies.

• Convert AI-driven transformations into strategic decisions regarding roles, skills, productivity, and team dynamics.

• Revamp performance management, recruitment, onboarding, merit, and talent processes for technology teams.

• Establish strategic objectives and guarantee their implementation.
