This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Oversee the development and execution of pensions and benefits policies in response to legislative, market, and business shifts.
β’ Serve as the Group's subject matter expert for pensions, private medical insurance, risk benefits, and voluntary benefits.
β’ Ensure benefits programs are in alignment with the broader well-being and employee experience strategy.
β’ Manage and enhance relationships with external providers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Take ownership of and consistently enhance the Group benefits platform, ensuring integration with HR and payroll systems like Dayforce.
β’ Guarantee compliance with pensions and benefits legislation, including auto-enrolment and re-enrolment mandates.
β’ Assist in senior-level recruitment and exit negotiations, particularly for complex pension arrangements for high earners.
β’ Streamline and unify benefits provision across a rapidly growing and acquisitive business.
β’ Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency in benefits processes.
β’ Uphold high standards of governance, risk management, and financial control.
β’ Extensive experience managing defined contribution pension schemes within large organizations in the UK.
β’ In-depth knowledge of pensions legislation, governance, and compliance standards.
β’ Proficiency in employee risk benefits, private medical insurance, well-being initiatives, and comprehensive benefits programs.
β’ Experience in managing benefits platforms and integrating systems with HR and payroll technologies.
β’ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior executives.
β’ Proven experience operating autonomously, making decisions, and driving outcomes within a complex environment.
β’ A proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
β’ Familiarity with international benefits design and governance (desirable).
β’ Background in financial services or insurance sectors (desirable).
