Pediatric Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promote, manage, and expand Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products within hospital and office environments.

• Develop and enhance territory sales objectives in each hospital and office service area for Similac and PediaSure.

• Engage in negotiations and contracting with hospitals.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.

• Present product and clinical information within a sales context.

• Assist with the launch of new products.

• Collaborate with NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing departments.

• Work effectively alongside Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses.

• Oversee administrative tasks and manage budgets.

• Actively pursue both short- and long-term sales objectives independently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Ideally, 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales.

• Clinical experience, such as being a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse, is preferred.

• Proven stability and success in sales.

• Strong subject matter expertise and high business acumen.

• Familiarity with hospital environments, particularly pediatrics, is advantageous.

• Only local candidates will be considered; must reside in El Paso, TX.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.

• Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative and independence.
