
Pediatric Nutrition District Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee tactical and administrative management for the strategic planning, development, and regulation of district operations.
• Drive sales growth and enhance market share throughout the district.
• Oversee the Similac® and PediaSure® brands in pediatric hospital and clinical environments.
• Supervise approximately 10 sales representatives across Colorado, Utah, and Montana.
• Enhance the skills of territory managers through strategic planning, coaching, training, and motivation.
• Collaborate in the field with representatives around 10 times per representative each year.
• Complete documentation for field visits, including evaluations of territory managers and follow-up correspondence.
• Assess performance and deliver coaching for performance improvements.
• Prepare performance evaluations.
• Recruit and select candidates through sourcing, interviewing, job fairs, and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct SWOT analyses, manage hospital contracts, plan representative routing, allocate resources, and oversee budgets.
• Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Regional Director.
• Organize meetings and training sessions.
• Manage the district's financial and marketing resources.
• Maintain accountability for district sales representatives.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2–3 years of sales leadership experience; 5+ years is preferred.
• Experience in hospital sales is advantageous.
• B-to-B business sales experience is a plus.
• Management experience in team building and coaching is essential.
• Familiarity with the geographical and business landscape is necessary.
• Proficiency in technical product sales is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Ability to modify personal style to accommodate the needs of others.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities are essential.
• Proven ability in training and development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork, initiative, and driving business results.
• Capacity to comprehend and implement field sales directives and management policies.
• Willingness to travel, which is mandatory for sales meetings and district field travel.
• Ideally, the individual should reside in the Denver, CO area, or alternatively in Salt Lake City, UT.
