Payroll Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific instruction from a home office through WBS LearnSpace 3D®

• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to create and implement instruction

• Create and develop course-related educational materials in line with the curriculum

• Perform competency evaluations

• Assist participants in developing skills and integrating into the workforce

• Function both as a subject-matter expert and as a learning facilitator

⛳️ Requirements

• A commercial qualification relevant to the industry, complemented by professional experience in payroll accounting

• Alternatively, a pertinent qualification as a tax clerk or HR administrator

• Teaching experience in one or more areas: payroll accounting using DATEV; payroll accounting using Lexware; fundamentals of payroll processing; advanced payroll processing

• Evidence of pedagogical competence (AEVO)

• Proficient command of the instruction language, German (C2 level)
