This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more countries.
• Ensure the legal documentation for the onboarding of new employees is in order.
• Manage the enrollment of new employees with social security entities and private insurance.
• Process withdrawals from state and private entities.
• Receive, validate, and register payroll updates, including overtime, leave, absences, and deductions.
• Ensure the correct application of deductions and benefits.
• Prepare payroll information for BUK for Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Mexico, and send it to the partner in Argentina and Uruguay.
• Assist in validating and reviewing calculations before executing payments.
• Create employment certificates, payroll reports, and other administrative documents.
• Keep employee records and files updated in internal systems.
• Handle salary and social security information confidentially.
• Comply with internal information security policies and data protection regulations.
• Degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processes and social security.
• Experience leading payroll processes in at least 2 countries where the company operates.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, preferably BUK.
• Knowledge of labor laws and social security in at least 2 countries where the company has a presence.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables and basic formulas for calculations and data analysis.
• Understanding of the enrollment and withdrawal processes for employees in social security and private insurance entities.
• Experience with Python for platform integrations (desirable).
• Self-motivated.
